This privacy statement applies to all privacy-sensitive information or personal data you provide to us, for example via a registration form or contact form. We attach great importance to the privacy of our clients and therefore exercise the greatest possible care in handling and protecting personal data. We process data in accordance with the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

SVB Solutions is the controller within the meaning of the GDPR with regard to the processing of your personal data. This means that only we determine which personal data are processed, for what purpose and in what way. We are responsible for ensuring that your personal data are processed properly and carefully in accordance with the GDPR. In this privacy statement we explain which data we process and for what purposes they are used.

Overview of personal data

Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First and last name
  • Address details
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Bank details

These data are necessary in order to provide our services to you as well as possible and to make the performance of our agreement possible.

Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data

If you have not given us explicit consent to process your personal data, or if you have withdrawn that consent, Article 6(1)(b), (c) and/or (f) of the GDPR may apply to the processing of your personal data. In that case, processing of your personal data may take place without your consent, provided it is necessary for the performance of an agreement to which you are a party, or necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by SVB Solutions. In addition, we may be under a legal obligation to process your personal data.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling your payment
  • Being able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services
  • Informing you about changes to our services and products

We do not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected.

Sharing with third parties

We may share your personal data with third parties if this is compatible with the purposes mentioned above. Sharing with third parties may be necessary for the performance of the agreement we enter into with you, necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of ours, or necessary to comply with any legal obligation that rests on us. With companies that process your data on our instructions, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing activities. Apart from the above situations, we only provide your personal data to other third parties with your explicit consent.

Your personal data are also used by us for market research and for improving our services. In that context your personal data are anonymised and can therefore no longer be traced back to you.

Commercial purposes

Your data are not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes, unless you explicitly give your consent for this.

We may use your personal data for commercial purposes, for example to inform you further about our services or about relevant products or services from carefully selected organisations. In that case you will only be contacted at the email address you have registered. If you do not wish to receive information about relevant products or services, you can simply indicate this by clicking "unsubscribe" in the email you receive.

Access, correction or deletion

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to restrict their processing. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for the processing of your data, or to object to the processing of your personal data.
